I am getting loads better with my diet and exercise I know last time I posted I was concerned with the amount of exercise I was fitting into my diet plan but this week I am feeling confident that I can actually achieve my goals.  I have been doing regular exercise, which has meant that I have been jogging a couple of times this week, guaranteed I am building up to be a professional jogger as I don't think I would win any prizes just yet but I am getting their slowly.  I never imagined that I was going to be really good at it but thought that I was going to have a little more energy that I have got now.

My diet has improved no end, with the weather getting a little bit better I have been eating a little better and not snacking which was the problem cooking big hearty meals takes more time and whilst I was cooking I would snack on biscuits etc.  But this week I have eaten a lot of stir fry and jacket potato based meals.

I think my detox is going really well as well, I have been drinking more water and being more sensible not snacking on sugary food as I mentioned but I have still been taking acai berry, which is great because a lot of people think that acai berry scam is the only thing you get from acai berry.  I have actually been really pleased with the results.
